We had a great stay in this hotel located right at the market square. Our room was clean, cozy and quiet, with a comfortable bathroom. the friendly staff made excellent service, and the breakfast was awesome, better than some 4-star hotels we've visited. We enjoyed free Wi-Fi, a nice view from the balcony, and very good value for our money.
Paying for the stay became inconvenient when the POS machine had technical issues, and the staff couldn't speak English, which resulted in us going out to find an ATM to withdraw cash.

The slopes were perfect for beginners and seasoned skiers alike, and the kids loved trying out snowboarding for the first time. The hotel's location in the charming village of Brilon allowed us to easily access all the fun activities in the area. From sledding down the snow-covered hills to ice skating on the frozen lake, there was never a dull moment. We made memories that will last a lifetime!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small indoor play area for the children to enjoy during their downtime.

The hotel had a great location in a small and cozy village near ski slopes. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a vast variety of fresh and delicious food. We also loved the traditional style of the buildings.
There were some negative aspects to our stay. The staff was not very helpful, and in some cases were even unfriendly.

Great location at the heart of the city, with a nice view of the central square. Clean and cozy room with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of options. The staff was super-friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic city break in a traditional German village close to two great ski resorts. the hotel was easy to find and offered spacious and comfortable rooms with modern bathrooms. the breakfast was delicious, and we loved that it was included in the price of our stay. the location was perfect, and we were able to explore the village and nearby attractions easily.
